Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Esha account and all associated data (birth profiles, chat messages, life events, streak records) in one of three ways. All three result in the same outcome — your data is removed from our production database within 30 days.
Settings → Privacy → Delete my account
Open the Esha app, tap the Profile tab, scroll to the Privacy card, and tap Delete my account. You will be asked to confirm. Deletion is immediate.
Submit a deletion request
Fill out the form below. It opens your email client with a pre-filled message to privacy@askesha.com. Send the email; we will reply with a confirmation within 7 days, and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted
- Your user record (email, hashed password, account creation date).
- All birth profiles you have saved.
- All chat messages and chat sessions.
- All life events you have logged.
- Your streak history and engagement records.
- Any cached daily insights, daily cards, or daily digests we have generated for you.
What does NOT get deleted automatically
- Your active subscription. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel that yourself in Apple ID Subscriptions or Google Play Subscriptions first, otherwise you will continue to be billed.
- Aggregated billing records we are required to keep for tax compliance (typically 7 years, depending on jurisdiction). These records do not include any chart, chat, or birth-detail data — only transaction amounts and dates.
